Terms and Conditions – October 2017 5000 Flyer Giveaway Promotion.

 

  • There are no cash alternatives to the prize.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, associated or administered by Facebook.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • The winner will be contacted by PortKey Solutions (Pty) ltd via email
  • Flyer artwork is not included in the draw
  • The Winner must provide artwork for the flyer by 17:00 on the 10th of November.
  • The winner may nominate PortKey Solutions (Pty) ltd to design the artwork within 3 days of competition closure on the 31st of October at an additinal fee.
  • PortKey Solutions (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to design the artwork of the DL flyer. 
  • The winner will be picked at random.
  • Promotion valid for delivery within South Africa only.
  • We regret that P.O. Boxes can not be specified as a delivery address.
  • In order for entries to be counted an email address can be provided by clicking on the giveaway/promotion ad button on Social Media sponsored ads, by emailing printing@portkey.co.za with the subject “Flyer Giveaway” or by filling in the form on the competition blog page found on http://www.portkey.co.za/2017/10/win-5000-flyers-printed-delivered/.
  • Entries close on 31st of October 2017.
  • The giveaway/promotion includes the printing and delivery of 5000 Single Sided Print DL size flyers (99mm x 210mm) on 115gsm glossy finish paper. 
  • Delivery is usually within 6 working days following the winner’s approval of a flyer soft proof.
  • A maximum of 2 soft proofs are included within this promotion; every soft proof supplied thereafter will carry a charge of R50.00 plus VAT.
  •  The Flyer’s Artwork must be provided in PDF or Jpeg format and match the following specifications: Document size 99mm x 210mm with a 5mm bleed, at least 300dpi resolution, PDF/X-1a format and CMYK colour specification.
  • The Artwork needs to be supplied to printing@portkey.co.za by 17:00 the 10th of November or the entry will not be valid and the offer will expire.
  • PortKey Solutions (Pty) Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw the giveaway promotion at any time without prior notice.
  •  PortKey Solutions (Pty) Ltd, any of our affiliates, directors, staff or employees can not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred as a direct or indirect result of this giveaway offer.
